AT THEIR TIME AND EXPENSE TO OWNERS/MASTER’S SATISFACTION AND APPROVAL,
OTHERWISE ANY WARRANTY ON VESSEL’S SPEED AND/OR CONSUMPTION WILL BE NULL

ALTERNATIVELY, IF IT IS APPROXIMATELY ESTIMATED THAT VESSEL’S STAY
WILL MEET ANY OF THE TWO AFOREMENTIONED PERIODS, OWNERS HAVE THE
RIGHT TO TAKE 8-HOURS FULL SPEED FOULING PREVENTION NAVIGATION WITHIN
THE AREA, AT CHARTERERS’ COSTS, TIME AND ARRANGEMENTS. ONLY UPON
COMPLETION OF SUCCESSFUL ANTI-FOULING NAVIGATION, SPEED AND CONSUMPTION
WARRANTIES TO BE REINSTATED.
IF OWNERS DO NOT EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO PERFORM ANTIFOULING NAVIGATION,
CHARTERERS’ RESPONSIBILITY AND UNDERTAKING TO CLEAN THE VESSEL’S UNDERWATER

AREA OR LAY-UP , CHARTERERS UNDERTAKE TO ARRANGE FOR IMMEDIATE CLEANING
OF UNDERWATER HULL PARTS, BOTTOM, CHESTS, RUDDER, PROPELLER POLISHING
AT THEIR TIME AND EXPENSE TO OWNERS/MASTER’S SATISFACTION AND APPROVAL,
OTHERWISE ANY WARRANTY ON VESSEL’S SPEED AND/OR CONSUMPTION WILL BE NULL
AND VOID UNTIL THE TIME SO ADEQUATELY CLEANED AND ONLY THEN WARRANTIES
WILL BE REINSTATED.
ALTERNATIVELY, IF IT IS APPROXIMATELY ESTIMATED THAT VESSEL’S STAY
WILL MEET ANY OF THE TWO AFOREMENTIONED PERIODS, OWNERS HAVE THE
RIGHT TO TAKE 8-HOURS FULL SPEED FOULING PREVENTION NAVIGATION WITHIN
THE AREA, AT CHARTERERS’ COSTS, TIME AND ARRANGEMENTS. ONLY UPON
COMPLETION OF SUCCESSFUL ANTI-FOULING NAVIGATION, SPEED AND CONSUMPTION
WARRANTIES TO BE REINSTATED.
IF OWNERS DO NOT EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO PERFORM ANTI-FOULING NAVIGATION,
CHARTERERS’ RESPONSIBILITY AND UNDERTAKING TO CLEAN THE VESSEL’S UNDERWATER

IN CASE THE HULL IS FOULED DURING LADEN CONDITION BUT UNDERWATER HULL CLEANING IS ARRANGED AT BALLAST CONDITION, CHARTERERS ARE TO CLEAN ALL FOULED AREAS, INCLUDING THE AREA ABOVE THE WATERLINE, ALWAYS AT THE CHARTERERS' TIME AND EXPENSE. THE CLEANING IS TO BE DONE TO THE OWNERS' AND MASTER'S APPROVAL AND SATISFACTION, INCLUDING THE USE OF CCTV, A CLASS-APPROVED CLEANING COMPANY, ENSURING NO DAMAGE TO THE HULL PAINTING, AND CHARTERERS ARE TO PROVIDE A HULL CLEANING REPORT WITH PHOTOS AND VIDEOS. THEREAFTER, THE VESSEL'S PERFORMANCE WARRANTIES ARE TO BE REINSTATED.
ONCE IT IS APPROXIMATELY ESTIMATED THAT VESSEL’S STAY WILL MEET ANY OF THE TWO AFOREMENTIONED PERIODS, OWNERS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CARRY OUT 8-HOURS FULL SPEED FOULING PREVENTION NAVIGATION WITHIN THE AREA, AT CHARTERERS' TIME, EXPENSE AND ARRANGEMENTS, AND THIS RIGHT CAN BE EXERCISED ANYTIME WITHIN OR AFTER THE 20/25 DAYS PERIOD STATED IN THIS CLAUSE. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, OWNERS’ ESTIMATE OF THE VESSEL’S STAY IN THE AREA SHALL BE FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE. RIGHT TO TAKE 8-HOURS FULL SPEED FOULING PREVENTION NAVIGATION WITHIN
THE AREA, AT CHARTERERS’ COSTS, TIME AND ARRANGEMENTS. ONLY UPON

FOR BERTH OR OTHERWISE, OR 25 DAYS OR MORE IN ANY OTHER WORLDWIDE
AREA OR LAY-UP , CHARTERERS UNDERTAKE TO ARRANGE FOR IMMEDIATE CLEANING
OF UNDERWATER HULL PARTS, BOTTOM, CHESTS, RUDDER, PROPELLER POLISHING
AT THEIR TIME AND EXPENSE TO OWNERS/MASTER’S SATISFACTION AND APPROVAL,
OTHERWISE ANY WARRANTY ON VESSEL’S SPEED AND/OR CONSUMPTION WILL BE NULL
AND VOID UNTIL THE TIME SO ADEQUATELY CLEANED AND ONLY THEN WARRANTIES
WILL BE REINSTATED.
ALTERNATIVELY, IF IT IS APPROXIMATELY ESTIMATED THAT VESSEL’S STAY
WILL MEET ANY OF THE TWO AFOREMENTIONED PERIODS, OWNERS HAVE THE
RIGHT TO TAKE 8-HOURS FULL SPEED FOULING PREVENTION NAVIGATION WITHIN
THE AREA, AT CHARTERERS’ COSTS, TIME AND ARRANGEMENTS. ONLY UPON
COMPLETION OF SUCCESSFUL ANTI-FOULING NAVIGATION, SPEED AND CONSUMPTION
WARRANTIES TO BE REINSTATED.
IF OWNERS DO NOT EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO PERFORM ANTIFOULING NAVIGATION,
CHARTERERS’ RESPONSIBILITY AND UNDERTAKING TO CLEAN THE VESSEL’S UNDERWATER
PARTS AS AFORESTATED IS CONTINUING AND MUST BE PERFORMED LATEST PRIOR
VESSEL’S REDELIVERY.
